There will be people at the build site with skills and some without skills. Everyone's help and ability will be appreciated.

Habitat for Humanity Yorkton sponsors provide a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack, oh how we love our sponsors!
Bottled water is always available
A tent is set up on site for rest periods and breaks - you can stow your purses, bags and gear in the trailer, however, security of personal belongings will not be provided so use your best judgement.

Sign-in at the host trailer
Be sure to let the Site Supervisor know if you have had safety training or require safety training
Find your Site Supervisor who will inform you of the tasks and duties you'll have during the work day
If you have your own tools, label them with your name (they are your responsibility). If not, pick up the tools you will need for your assigned duties
Pick up a hard hat, grab a pair of safety goggles, and tie up your boots.
Start working
Meet people! Have a blast!

Collect your own tools and check to ensure you have yours and we have ours.
Sign out at the host tent
If you must track your volunteer hours, have the forms provided by your organization signed by the Site Supervisor or other Habitat staff member the day before you leave
Shake hands with your fellow volunteers, thank them for their work and hyelp on the build
Be proud of what you have done.
